What Are Reconnection Walks?
Before stepping into a deep journey, we often need to return to something simple: breath, earth, silence, rhythm. Reconnection Walks offer a slow and grounded way to begin. They are not consultations, not therapy, not coaching — but something quieter.
We walk side-by-side through a natural setting, leaving behind walls, screens, and titles. There’s no agenda, no hard questions. Instead, we let the pace of our feet and the shape of the land help guide what wants to arise.
What Happens on a Reconnection Walk?
Each walk lasts about 60–75 minutes and takes place in a forested or open space near Portland, Oregon. As we walk, we may share conversation, silence, reflections, or moments of pause. What’s said is less important than what’s felt.
These walks offer space to explore:
-
Where someone is in their process — emotionally, spiritually, and practically.
-
Whether psilocybin feels like the right next step.
-
Whether the relationship feels like a good fit.
-
What is being sought — healing, insight, grounding, change, clarity, or something else entirely.
There is no pressure to name anything quickly. Direction, like water, reveals itself in movement.
Why Begin Here?
Psychedelic work is relational. Not only with the substance, but with the self, with the facilitator, and with the world. Reconnection Walks offer a way to test that web of connection gently.
Sometimes the walk is enough — a clearing of the fog, a sense of rightness or readiness. Sometimes it simply opens a door to what comes next.
