Walk With Hart

Presence changes everything. I offer preparation, facilitation, and integration for psilocybin services at licensed centers in Oregon—plus non-psychedelic coaching and nature-based practices.

Forest Hart stands at the base of a towering redwood root, gazing upward into its dark, intricate textures, representing awe, perspective, and reverence for nature’s depth.

The Path Begins with Awareness

Each journey unfolds differently, but all begin with a return to the body and a slowing of the mind. These offerings reflect the stages of connection, preparation, and integration—rooted in presence, curiosity, and care.

Preparation

Clarify intentions, review safety, and map supports. We’ll set the tone, pace, and boundaries together.

Facilitation

Legally supported psilocybin sessions at licensed service centers. I hold steady attention while you meet what arises.

Integration

Gentle, practical follow-through: meaning-making, nervous-system tools, and small experiments that stick.

Somatic Support

Body-first approaches (breath, orienting, micro-movements) to help the system settle and learn.

Nature Walks

Quiet, guided time outdoors for grounding and perspective—standalone or as part of integration.

Small Group Circles

Consent-forward circles to prepare or integrate together; simple agreements, deep respect.

Steady, human, and ordinary—in the best way

I don’t fix people. I accompany them. Whether you’re preparing for a legal psilocybin session, integrating a past experience, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself, we’ll move at a humane pace. Sessions are by appointment in Portland and at licensed service centers across Oregon.

By appointment only (in person & online)

Your Journey, Your Moments

Every journey begins with a conversation. Take a moment to connect, ask questions, and see what this work might look like for you.

Questions? We’re Here to Help you get started.

Whether you’re new to wellness or exploring deeper support, we know you may have questions.

How long does this process take?
Most people move through a 4–6 week process that includes preparation, the psilocybin journey, and integration. This gives enough time for insight to root and the body to catch up with the mind.
What happens during those weeks?
A typical rhythm looks like this: an initial call or meeting in Portland, a grounding or body-based session, the psilocybin journey, and several weeks of integration and future-oriented support. Bodywork is optional—you can choose to work with me or from a referral list of trusted practitioners of different genders, personalities, and modalities. You can also substitute other embodied or creative work that fits your path.
Can another facilitator be involved?
Yes. If it feels right, I can invite an additional licensed facilitator to co-hold your journey. This is especially helpful for those who prefer balanced or gender-diverse facilitation. A separate fee simply covers their professional time.
Why do you recommend a multi-week process instead of a single session?
Because lasting change unfolds slowly. Working over several weeks allows us to build trust, prepare intentionally, and create space for integration—the part where the real transformation happens.
What if I’ve already had psilocybin experiences or facilitation before?
We can tailor the work to meet you where you are. Some clients come mainly for integration, others to deepen existing practices or explore a new layer of healing. Each plan adapts to your experience, needs, and readiness.
Where do psilocybin sessions take place?
Psilocybin is only consumed at licensed service centers in Oregon. Preparation and integration sessions can be held in person or online. I work with multiple centers across the state to find the right fit for your goals, comfort, and budget.
How do I begin?
We start with a free 20-minute call to explore what’s drawing you to this work and ensure it’s a good fit. If we choose to move forward, we’ll co-create a personalized plan with clear steps, boundaries, and supports for the full arc of your process.
