I’m a bodyworker, meditation practitioner, martial-arts student, and licensed psilocybin facilitator based in Portland, Oregon. My practice emerges from one steady lifeline: attentive presence. I’m here not to fix you, but to accompany you so you reconnect with your body, insight, and unfolding path.
I believe meaningful change isn’t a sudden flash—it’s the slow gathering of courage and attention. Drawing from massage therapy, Taoist martial arts training, and contemplative meditation, I work with mind, body, and spirit together. Over our time, we’ll hold space for what’s unspoken, explore the landscape of your body, and open to what the medicine shows you. My work blends somatic tools, meditative awareness, nervous-system practices, and grounded movement so that insight doesn’t stay in a moment—but becomes part of how you live.
I’ve been drawn to this path because I’ve seen how quickly transformation heals—or how swiftly it retreats if not tended. The medicine shows us what’s possible; the real magic is what we plant afterward. My meditation practice taught me to wait. My martial arts taught me how to stand. I want to walk alongside you as you plant it, water it, and watch it grow.

Whether you’re exploring psilocybin work for the first time or returning for deeper integration, this space is designed to support clarity, consent, and curiosity.
