The Journey Beyond the Journey

Transformation doesn’t end when the medicine fades—it begins there.

The Six-Week Somatic Integration Program at Walk With Hart is a complete container for those called to explore psilocybin work through the body, the nervous system, and the heart.

Each stage—from preparation to integration—helps you move with greater awareness, regulation, and trust in your own process.

What this container holds

This is a one-to-one, six-week passage through preparation, psilocybin facilitation, and embodied integration. We move at the nervous system’s pace—slow enough for truth to surface, structured enough for it to take root.

  • One orientation & intention session
  • Two somatic sessions (massage, movement, or nature practice)
  • One psilocybin journey at a licensed Oregon service center
  • Two integration sessions, including a closing plan

(Exact choices are tailored to your needs.)

6-Week Journey

Each journey unfolds over time. The Six-Week Passage offers a rhythm—a way to move through preparation, experience, and integration with enough spaciousness to let the work take root. The following outline gives a sense of the arc we might follow together. Every plan is tailored to your needs, capacity, and support system.

Week 1  ·  Orientation & Intention

We begin with a call or in-person meeting to clarify what’s drawing you to this work. Together we explore readiness, safety, and intention, and complete all required paperwork. This is where we begin shaping your container.

Week 2  ·  Grounding in the Body

You’ll choose a body-based or somatic session—either with me or from a referral list of trusted practitioners of varied genders and styles. The aim is to arrive in your body, to build trust, and to cultivate the kind of awareness that keeps you anchored when the experience opens.

Week 3  ·  The Journey (Service Center)

Held at a licensed Oregon service center, this is the psilocybin session itself. The focus is presence and safety. If you prefer, a second facilitator can join the session for added support and balance (an additional fee covers their time).

Week 4  ·  Integration & Reflection

Soon after the journey, we meet to give language and context to what you’ve experienced. We explore how it lives in your body and begin identifying what wants attention in your daily life.

Week 5  ·  Embodiment in Practice

A second somatic or creative session—bodywork, movement, nature walk, or another grounding practice—helps transform insight into lived experience. We’ll track what’s shifting and what still needs tending.

Week 6  ·  Orientation Forward

We close the passage with an intention-planning conversation. This is where the medicine meets your everyday: what you’re choosing to carry, what you’re ready to release, and how to stay in relationship with what you’ve learned.

Participant benefits

While enrolled, you can book additional bodywork with Forest at 25% off (Wild Hart Massage). This discount is optional, must be booked directly with Forest, and doesn’t apply to other therapists.

Accessibility & reduced-rate availability

To widen the circle of access, each month offers:

  • Two programs at 25% off Forest’s facilitation rate
  • One program at 50% off Forest’s facilitation rate

Partner Service Centers occastionally match my discounted rate off their room fee.
Medicine costs are set by the center and are paid in cash on journey day.

How reduced-rate selection works

Reduced-rate spaces are for those demonstrating both financial need and readiness for a six-week commitment. A brief reflection form asks about life context, timing, and availability. Priority is given to underrepresented communities and caregiving/healing professionals.
