The full arc—preparation, facilitation, and embodied integration.

This six-week, one-on-one container supports you through every stage of the psilocybin process. It combines somatic preparation, an 8-hour guided journey, and body-based integration to help insights become lived experience.

A six-week one-on-one program that blends somatic preparation, an 8-hour psilocybin journey, and guided integration sessions.

Each session builds on the last, weaving talk-based coaching, bodywork, and ceremony into a cohesive, embodied process.

What’s Included

  • Week 1 — Orientation & Intention Setting
A 90-minute intake and orientation session (in person or virtual). We review Oregon Psilocybin Services guidelines, clarify intentions, discuss readiness, and introduce foundational somatic practices.
  • Week 2 — Preparation Massage (Somatic Mapping)
A 90-minute bodywork session focused on body awareness, breath, and releasing pre-journey tension. This helps attune your nervous system to subtle sensations that may arise during the journey.
  • Week 3 — Facilitated Psilocybin Journey
An 8-hour guided session held at a licensed Oregon Service Center. The day includes co-regulation, curated music, and a carefully held environment for deep exploration.
Service Center room fee ($500–$1,000) and medicine cost ($175–$250 cash) are paid directly to the center.
  • Week 4 — Integration Coaching Session
A 60-minute talk-based session to reflect on insights, emotions, and embodied themes. Together we connect your experience to practical integration.
  • Week 5 — Integration Massage
A 90-minute post-journey bodywork focused on grounding, regulation, and release. This work supports your body in digesting and embodying the lessons of the journey.
  • Week 6 — Closing Session
A 60-minute final meeting to review your process, discuss ongoing support, and create a personalized plan for continued integration.

Because a single day offers limited preparation and follow-up, participation is at the facilitator’s discretion after an intake conversation.

The collective arc — connection, reflection, and co-regulation.

Insight often deepens in relationship. Couples and group journeys invite partners, friends, and small communities to enter this work together — exploring resonance, mutual support, and the simple truth that transformation rarely happens in isolation.

Each participant receives both individual and group preparation and integration, creating a grounded, intentional process held within a collective field. Facilitators maintain a ratio of one facilitator for every three participants and are present for prep, the full-day journey, and integration.

What’s Included

  • Individual Preparation & Orientation
Each participant completes a private 60–90 minute intake and orientation session. Together we review Oregon Psilocybin Services guidelines, clarify intentions, and discuss personal readiness. These meetings ensure every participant enters the experience with awareness and informed consent.
  • Group Preparation Session
Once all members are confirmed, the group meets (virtually or in person) for a 90-minute session to set shared agreements, boundaries, and collective intentions.
  • Facilitated Psilocybin Journey (Full-Day)
A 6–8 hour group session is held at a licensed Oregon Service Center.
The environment is arranged for both privacy and connection — each participant has their own setup while remaining part of the shared field. Music, pacing, and facilitator presence are designed to support both individual reflection and collective resonance. Facilitators maintain a ratio of one for every three participants to ensure appropriate attention and care throughout the process.
  • Individual Integration Session
Within a week of the journey, each participant meets privately for a 60-minute integration session to reflect on insights, emotions, and personal meaning from the experience.
  • Group Integration Circle
The group reconvenes for a 90-minute circle to share reflections, observations, and next steps. This shared closure helps participants articulate and anchor what they’ve learned within a supportive community context.

Optional Add-Ons

Participants may deepen their process through complementary offerings such as:

  • Private Integration Massage: 90 minutes · $180 (25% off for enrolled participants)
  • Couples/Family Debrief: 60 minutes · $200
  • Nature-Based Group Reflection: 2-hour outdoor circle · $300–$600 (total) depending on group size

The shared arc — equity, inclusion, and reciprocity.

Healing work belongs to everyone. The Access & Reduced Rate offerings exist to make psilocybin facilitation and somatic integration more financially accessible while honoring the time, presence, and training this work requires.

This isn’t a discount for the sake of marketing — it’s a form of reciprocity. A way to keep the circle open, to ensure that people from all walks of life have the opportunity to engage deeply with this work.

Why We Offer This

Many people who are drawn to this work — caregivers, educators, healers, and individuals from underrepresented communities — also face structural or financial barriers to accessing it.

The reduced-rate and supported tiers are a response to that reality. They make space for those who might otherwise be excluded, ensuring that healing doesn’t become another form of privilege.

Each month, a limited number of reduced-rate spaces are made available across all programs. Partner Service Centers often match my discount percentage to further reduce total costs.

What’s Included

Participants accepted into reduced-rate programs receive the same level of time, care, and presence as all other clients.

These spots simply remove part of the financial burden, creating more equitable access without diminishing the depth of the work.

All tiers include:

  • Full access to the same preparation, facilitation, and integration structure
  • Access to 25% off bodywork sessions with Forest at Wild Hart Massage
  • Flexible payment plans and clear communication throughout the process

Who It’s For

Reduced-rate and supported options are designed for individuals who demonstrate both financial need and readiness to engage with this work responsibly and fully.

Priority consideration is given to:

  • BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and underrepresented communities
  • Caregivers, educators, bodyworkers and other healing professionals
  • Individuals experiencing financial hardship or economic barriers to personal growth opportunities
  • Individuals demonstrating long-term commitment to personal and community integration work

How to Apply

Applications are reviewed monthly. You’ll be invited to complete a short reflection form that includes:

  • Complete the short reflection form linked below. You’ll share a few sentences about your financial circumstances, why this timing feels aligned, and your readiness to commit to the full process.
  • Schedule a 15-minute discovery call to discuss fit, timing, and next steps.
  • Wait for confirmation. Selected applicants will receive an email outlining which reduced-rate tier is available and how to reserve their spot.

Closing Note

Equity doesn’t mean sameness — it means access.

These offerings are an ongoing practice in balancing sustainability with service, and they help keep this work grounded in community, reciprocity, and respect.

The embodied arc — touch, rhythm, and integration.

Bodywork is where the story of the journey meets the wisdom of the body. Through conscious touch, rhythm, and presence, the nervous system learns how to settle, release, and integrate what the mind alone cannot process.

Sessions are offered through Wild Hart Massage or trusted partner practitioners. Every session is tailored to the individual — whether you need grounding after a journey, reconnection with your body, or help working through energetic residue that lingers long after ceremony.

Your Options

  • Therapeutic Bodywork (60 min · $120)
Focused massage and somatic work that address physical tension, breath, and postural holding patterns while inviting awareness into the body.
  • Integration Massage (90 min · $180)
A 90-minute session designed for the weeks following a psilocybin journey. This work helps the body process and embody insight — grounding the abstract into sensation and stability.
  • Guided Nature Walk (90 min · $200)
A slow, sensory walk through Oregon’s natural spaces. Used as a post-journey practice to reconnect with breath, rhythm, and the living world.
  • Partner or Family Integration (60 min · $200)
A talk-based session for loved ones who want to understand and support your process in grounded, healthy ways.
  • Vibroacoustic Sound Bed (60 min · $70)
A vibroacoustic experience that blends harmonic resonance with somatic awareness to calm the nervous system and deepen integration.

(Participants in the Six-Week Program receive 25% off all bodywork booked directly with Forest.)

Questions? We’re Here to Help you get started.

Whether you’re new to wellness or exploring deeper support, we know you may have questions.

How long does this process take?
Most people move through a 4–6 week process that includes preparation, the psilocybin journey, and integration. This gives enough time for insight to root and the body to catch up with the mind.
What happens during those weeks?
A typical rhythm looks like this: an initial call or meeting in Portland, a grounding or body-based session, the psilocybin journey, and several weeks of integration and future-oriented support. Bodywork is optional—you can choose to work with me or from a referral list of trusted practitioners of different genders, personalities, and modalities. You can also substitute other embodied or creative work that fits your path.
Can another facilitator be involved?
Yes. If it feels right, I can invite an additional licensed facilitator to co-hold your journey. This is especially helpful for those who prefer balanced or gender-diverse facilitation. A separate fee simply covers their professional time.
Why do you recommend a multi-week process instead of a single session?
Because lasting change unfolds slowly. Working over several weeks allows us to build trust, prepare intentionally, and create space for integration—the part where the real transformation happens.
What if I’ve already had psilocybin experiences or facilitation before?
We can tailor the work to meet you where you are. Some clients come mainly for integration, others to deepen existing practices or explore a new layer of healing. Each plan adapts to your experience, needs, and readiness.
Where do psilocybin sessions take place?
Psilocybin is only consumed at licensed service centers in Oregon. Preparation and integration sessions can be held in person or online. I work with multiple centers across the state to find the right fit for your goals, comfort, and budget.
How do I begin?
We start with a free 20-minute call to explore what’s drawing you to this work and ensure it’s a good fit. If we choose to move forward, we’ll co-create a personalized plan with clear steps, boundaries, and supports for the full arc of your process.
