Couples program · Around twelve weeks

Your own ground. A shared next chapter.

Begin with six weeks of individual work and a journey for each partner. Then, if you both choose, move into six weeks of shared preparation, a couples journey, and integration.

Two journey experiences per person. A pace shaped by readiness.

A structure with room to breathe

Two people. Two phases. Your own pace.

Around twelve weeks of support, moving from individual exploration toward a shared experience when both people feel ready.

Weeks 1–6

Your own ground

Each partner begins with individual intentions, preparation, one private journey, and integration. There is room for each person's experience before deciding what belongs in shared work.

A mutual decision

Pause at the midpoint

Together, we consider whether the shared phase is a good next step for both of you. It can be adjusted or postponed. A date on the calendar does not decide readiness.

Weeks 7–12

A shared next chapter

Shared preparation, private check-ins, one couples journey, and integration around what each of you chooses to explore together.

The complete program includes two journey experiences per person: one individual and one shared. That is three facilitated sessions across the couple—two individual sessions and one shared session.

What we work with

A personal map, with room for two lives.

The individual phase

  • Private intake and a program map for each person
  • Individual preparation and one private Oregon journey each
  • Integration before moving into shared work
  • Optional reflections and body-awareness practices shaped around your priorities

The shared phase

  • Shared intentions and clear privacy agreements
  • Joint preparation with individual check-ins
  • One shared Oregon journey, when appropriate
  • Individual follow-up, shared integration, and a closing plan

Each person receives four private 75-minute meetings, plus four shared 75-minute meetings across the couple. Separate midpoint check-ins protect each person's choice. Required post-journey follow-up is included beyond those meetings. Optional bodywork, nature, coaching, or integration appointments can be added at $150 per hour, or $225 for 90 minutes.

Who holds the work

A facilitator relationship for each person.

Included in your program

Working with me throughout.

I support each of you individually and hold the shared meetings and journey. Before enrollment, we discuss fit and your support needs. I confirm service-center staffing requirements, with clear confidentiality agreements from the beginning.

Optional co-facilitation

Two practitioners, one coordinated plan.

Each of you can work with one assigned facilitator during the individual phase, including your private journey, at the same base program cost. Both practitioners then attend the shared meetings and shared journey. Only the additional practitioner time for that shared work and agreed associated support is added; I provide a quote for the scope before enrollment.

Where we meet

Meet in Portland or online. Journey in Oregon.

Online meetings

Meet online around the journeys.

Preparation and integration can take place by video. Both individual journeys and the shared journey happen in person at licensed Oregon service centers. We plan travel and recovery time around the actual schedule.

In-person meetings

Make room for local connection.

Meet in Portland or use video when helpful, at the same program price. Optional bodywork or guided time in nature is an additional appointment at $150 per hour, or $225 for 90 minutes. Touch is optional; bodywork has its own consent and does not take place on journey days.

Your material belongs to you

Private space. Deliberate sharing.

Your voice stays yours.

Each person completes their own intake, preparation, and consent process. Before shared meetings, we agree on what stays private, what may be shared, and how information moves between facilitators. Your individual reflections are not automatically shared with your partner.

A shared journey is a choice.

You can ask questions, change your mind, or decide that separate support fits better. The work does not begin with an answer about whether your relationship should stay the same, change, or continue.

Materials shaped around your lives.

Each person receives their own focus areas and optional reflections. Shared materials hold only the questions, practices, and agreements you both choose to bring into that space. Individual questionnaires, journals, and notes are not automatically shared.

We agree on a private way to share your materials before the program begins.

Before making a commitment

Fit, timing, and the practical details.

A good fit comes first.

Both people need room to participate freely. We discuss concerns separately as well as together. If coercion, fear, abuse, or an acute crisis is present, shared facilitation is not the starting point; individual or specialist support may be more appropriate.

This is psilocybin facilitation and reflective support, not couples psychotherapy. With your permission, we can discuss coordination with a licensed couples therapist or another practitioner.

$16,000 per couple

Medicine (psilocybin) and applicable tax are not included. Each person pays these separately in cash directly to the service center. Travel, local transportation, and overnight lodging are separate arrangements.

  • Four private 75-minute meetings per person
  • Four shared 75-minute meetings across the couple
  • Separate midpoint check-ins and required post-journey follow-up
  • Two private journeys and one shared journey across the couple
  • All three service-center session room fees included
  • Personal program maps, selected reflections, and a closing plan

Pay in full at enrollment: $16,000 per couple. Or use the three-payment schedule below, with the same total and no surcharge.

  • Enrollment: $5,333.33
  • Day 30: $5,333.33
  • Day 60: $5,333.34

Optional co-facilitation and additional appointments are quoted before enrollment.

Ask about the couples offering

Every participant must be 21 or older and complete preparation and eligibility review. Shared work can change or pause. We agree on the effect on scheduling and fees before enrollment.

A more focused option

One shared journey may be enough of a starting point.

Private Couples Facilitation offers individual and shared preparation, one couples journey, and integration without the longer program structure.
