Somatic support · Body awareness and nature

Begin with what you notice.

Explore body awareness, gentle movement, optional bodywork, and guided time outdoors. We choose practices around your preferences, comfort, and pace.

Touch is optional. Bodywork has its own appointment and consent process.

A quieter way to pay attention.

Somatic means working with your lived experience of the body. That might include noticing contact with the ground, orienting to the room, simple movement, or taking time to pause.

You do not need to use psychedelics to work with me. Somatic support can stand alone or become part of preparation and integration. We discuss each practice together, and your choices guide the work.

Somatic support in Portland

More than one way to listen.

Comfort and choice

You do not need to be good at this.

There is no requirement to relax, close your eyes, feel a particular sensation, or find the right words.

A body-based practice can feel useful one day and unhelpful another. We stay in conversation about what you notice and what you want to change.

Tell me about mobility, sensory, communication, or other access needs. We can consider seated practices, indoor options, shorter pauses, or a different way of meeting.

For people who prefer to begin without touch, conversation and simple awareness practices are available. If another practitioner would feel like a better fit for bodywork, we can discuss referrals.

Bodywork is separate from psilocybin administration. We discuss each setting and its agreements clearly before making arrangements.
