Where insight becomes transformation.
Integration sessions help bridge the space between a journey and daily life — where revelations can soften into clarity, and change becomes sustainable. Whether you’ve recently had a psilocybin experience or are still carrying one from years ago, integration is the space to make meaning from what surfaced.
Together, we explore what needs to be remembered, what wants to be released, and what wants to take root. Sessions may include somatic practices, parts work, guided inquiry, or simply space to speak the unspeakable. The goal is not to figure it all out — it’s to tend to what arises with care.
What to Expect
Reflection, grounding, and support.
Integration sessions are held virtually or in-person and are typically 60–75 minutes. Each one is tailored to your unique needs and the nature of your experience. You don’t need to have the “right” language or a clear outcome in mind. We start wherever you are.
Sessions are appropriate whether your journey was expansive, confusing, gentle, challenging, or all of the above. Integration is not just for difficult experiences — it’s a way of honoring what matters and inviting it to live in you.
When to Reach Out
It’s never too late to begin.
You do not need to have worked with Forest previously to book integration. Sessions are open to anyone who has engaged in a psychedelic journey and is seeking support, context, or clarity. Whether your journey was recent or distant, ceremonial or clinical, legal or underground — you are welcome here.

This work is relational. We move at your pace, grounded in mutual respect and resonance. If we discover together that this is not the right fit, Forest is happy to help you connect with another guide or resource.
