Travel, local transportation, and overnight lodging are separate.

A flexible sequence

A rhythm we can adjust.

Journey dates are planning placeholders. We do not rush readiness to match a calendar.

Weeks 1–4

Arrive and prepare

Three preparation meetings and a planned journey around week 4, subject to readiness and choice.

Weeks 5–8

Reflect and explore

Three integration meetings to make room for the experience and try small, chosen practices.

Weeks 9–12

Review and continue

Two meetings to consider what is changing, what needs more support, and what you want to carry forward.

Every journey depends on preparation, eligibility, your consent, and service-center arrangements. Timing is a planning guide, not a deadline. Bodywork is optional and takes place in separate appointments with its own consent and scope.

A plan shaped with you

Support that belongs to your life.

After our first meeting, a thoughtful questionnaire helps us understand your circumstances, your own words for what matters, and the support you want.

01 · Your focus

A personal program map

We agree on one or two priorities, choose relevant reflections, and leave room for the plan to change.

02 · Between meetings

A few useful practices

Journaling prompts, body-awareness reflections, or small experiments chosen for your time and energy. You can adapt or skip them.

03 · Returning to it

Notes you can use

Clear shared summaries and a closing plan help you return to what feels useful. You choose what personal reflections to share.

We agree on a private way to share your materials, reflections, and next steps before the program begins. You choose which personal reflections to share.
