What brings you here
A changing relationship
Make space for your own needs, boundaries, and questions, whether you are exploring change alone or together.

Your questions deserve their own space.
Closeness and uncertainty can exist in the same relationship. You might be renegotiating roles, noticing a familiar pattern, considering separation, or trying to understand who you are within a partnership that has changed.
You do not have to arrive with a decision about staying or leaving. This work begins with your experience and choices. A partner's hopes do not replace your own consent.
Questions we might explore
- What do I need more room to say or notice?
- Where do care and responsibility begin to feel like obligation?
- What boundaries support my sense of choice?
- What would I want to bring into a shared conversation?
Individual work, with the relationship in view
Private facilitation can offer a setting to explore your own material, with preparation before the journey and integration afterward. We can pay attention to everyday conversations and boundaries without asking you to act on every insight immediately.
When you both want to participate
Private Couples Facilitation centers on one shared journey with individual and shared support. The Couples Program begins with separate individual work before a mutually chosen shared phase. Each person retains their own voice and private space.
Couples facilitation is not couples psychotherapy or crisis support. If coercion, fear, or abuse is present, a shared journey is not the starting point; we discuss more appropriate individual or specialist support.
Belonging matters here
Questions about identity and working across difference are welcome. Read A Field for Listening for more about my approach to belonging and accountability.
