What brings you here

Grief and loss

Room for what you carry, without a deadline or an expectation that you should be somewhere else by now.

There is no tidy timetable.

Loss can change the shape of daily life long after other people stop asking about it. It may follow a death, the end of a relationship, a change in health, or the loss of a future you had imagined. Sometimes several kinds of grief sit beside one another.

You do not need to make a clear story of it here. Love, anger, relief, confusion, numbness, and moments of ordinary pleasure can all belong to the conversation.

Questions to approach gently

  • What feels hardest to carry alone?
  • What do I want others to understand about this loss?
  • What kinds of connection feel possible now?
  • What supports me when words are not enough?

Support at a human pace

We begin by talking about your circumstances, the support you already have, and what you are hoping for. Preparation can include familiar ways of grounding, practical planning, and room to decide whether a psilocybin journey feels appropriate.

If we proceed, integration offers time to explore what follows without requiring closure or a particular interpretation. Conversation, body awareness, and time in nature may be part of the support you choose.

Choosing the right kind of care

Facilitation does not promise relief from grief and is not a replacement for grief counseling or mental-health care. We can discuss working alongside existing support or referring elsewhere when that would serve you better.

Private facilitation and the Private Program offer different amounts of preparation and integration. Fit comes before choosing a package.

Something quieter to read

Tending the Body-Mind in Winter offers reflections on slowing down and giving quieter rhythms some attention.

Start a conversation when you want to ask about support. You can share only what feels necessary to begin.

A place to begin

We can start with a conversation.

Bring your questions, your uncertainty, or simply your curiosity. We’ll talk about what you’re looking for and whether working together feels right.
