Life at a crossroads

Something no longer fits. The next step is not clear yet. There can be room to listen before deciding.

You do not have to know what comes next.

A career that once made sense. A place you are no longer sure you belong. A decision you keep circling while ordinary life continues. Sometimes the question is not whether something needs attention, but how to make enough room to hear yourself.

You may be holding a real desire for change alongside responsibilities you care about. Neither needs to be dismissed. Our starting point is your experience of that tension, in your own words.

Questions we might make space for

  • What feels complete, and what still matters?
  • Which parts of this decision are mine to make?
  • What am I moving toward, as well as away from?
  • What could I explore without making a major commitment?

A process with time on either side

Preparation gives us time to understand your circumstances, intentions, and support. If psilocybin facilitation is an appropriate fit, the journey takes place at a licensed Oregon service center. Integration creates space to reflect afterward and explore small, workable steps in daily life.

A powerful experience does not require an immediate life decision. We can leave room for uncertainty, ordinary responsibilities, and a change of mind.

Possible starting points

Private facilitation offers one journey with preparation and integration. The twelve-week Private Program provides more continuity. You do not need to choose before we talk.

A Field Note to sit with

The space between stability and desire explores the pull toward something more alongside the commitments that keep us grounded.
